Privacy policy

1. 1What we collect: only what you give us when you request a booking — your name, mobile number, trip details and notes. We do not ask you to create an account.
2. 2How we use it: to confirm and run your trip and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. 3Your location: if you tap 'Use my location', your browser shares your coordinates once. We use them only to name your pickup area and are not stored as location history. You can always type a pickup instead.
4. 4Analytics: we count actions such as pages viewed, buttons tapped, places searched and fare calculations to improve the site, in our own anonymous counts and, when switched on, in Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. We never send your name, phone number, typed form text or exact location to analytics, and our own counts never store your IP address. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record nothing and Google Analytics does not load. You can also use Google's browser opt-out add-on.
5. 5Maps and routing: to estimate a fare we send the pickup and destination coordinates to a routing service (Google Maps Platform or OpenStreetMap-based services). They are not linked to your name or number.
6. 6Genie cards: if you ask for a Genie card, we save your name, number and the trips completed with us to run your card and rewards, and may message you on WhatsApp about it. We only do this with your tick of consent, never sell your details, and your card link is private to you. Road words are just for fun.
7. 7Your choices: ask us by call or message to see or delete your booking details. Booking details are kept only as long as needed to run trips and keep records.
